Jan Roovers Associates, Inc., is a Charlotte, N.C. based training and consulting firm founded in 1985.

We specialize in helping organizations obtain ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. In addition to quality systems and business processes, we also focus on "people" needs. We offer management and team development programs and a variety of engineering/manufacturing technical training courses.
