Internal Auditing

Our internal audit courses do not only focus on "compliance to requirements" but above all, how to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and its processes. This is a concept rarely addressed in current internal quality audits.

Auditors will learn how to audit beyond the obvious nonconformities and really put the processes through the test. Unfortunately, too many registered companies conduct audits because "they have to," thus fail to make optimum use of this excellent management tool. The main objective of our internal audit courses is to learn how to audit the business processes for effectiveness and continual improvement, resulting in added value and customer satisfaction.
