Transition Issues

All ISO 9001/2:1994 certificates expired on December 15, 2003. There were no extensions granted.

Don't wait too long with your transition efforts. Start now!

Contact your registrar about their transition audit programs. Some registrars developed a phased approach in getting registered to the new Standard.

A number of major registrars expressed concerns about clients waiting until the end of 2003 and beyond to schedule the registration audit.
